Interview process was quick as I went through consultancy. Few pros and cons.
Pros- Work environment is friendly.
Salary was on time.
Cons- No growth. Very less job opportunity. No proper process for next level opportunity. No employee grooming to prepare for next level position. No good canteen. Mismanagement. Not an employee centric company.

The interview process was easy and direct to the point. All questions were relevant to the job and also helped me in realizing my potentials. The interviewer was very helpful and kept me updated on my application.
