I was contacted by a recruiter through LI who said I had caught the attention of this employer. I was never telephone screened by the actual employer which was the only negative I can offer. I flew out to Tucson they extended my stay a day so I could check out the community with my spouse who I paid for. The interview was brief, the questions were succinct. They had a fantastic story and I was very excited about the position. The HR representative was extremely professional, nice and accommodating. The job appeared to be a tech job through and through from what I saw yet the industry itself is older than dirt. Pun intended. The staff that did the interview were very clear on what they wanted for a candidate and it appears this company is growing and gearing up for some great success. I did not have any issues with the team or the scheduling as was stated in other interviews and overall the process was fine. I was told they went in a different direction and that was not an issue for me as I not only had a position, but had several opportunities in the funnel without any urgency. It seemed to be a fine position and company and I hope they got a great candidate to move forward with.
