Good and friendly interviewers, who have skills unlike management and HR who try to lowball you to the ground, when they know you are down. Had a very bad experience with the HR rep, but got clarity to stay away from this place, I was told that if I work good you can take leaves, and lots of red flags I saw while discussing things with HR and manager.
