Initial phone interview which was quite thorough - about 45 minutes running through my experience. Very clear on the role, package and what was expected / challenges facing the incoming representative. Organized time for follow up interview on the phone.
Second round interview face to face. Again very thorough - asked a lot of questions about the company and products. Not your typical interview questions with "tell me about a time when" more the interviewer trying to get a sense of what sort of person I was and what experiences I had had in my career/personal life that were relevant to the role.

Very Brief. The questions were very general. Basically reviewing my resume and past experience. The interviewer was polite and patient and didn't rush me. It was a very comfortable setting. One of the easier interviews.
