First round phone interview was very pleasant, but it only went downhill from there. Job was advertised in English, first interview was in English, but from the second interview everything was in Dutch. Conflicting information was given about the requirements of Dutch and English in the job. In fact, the requirements for the job seemed to be ever changing, as I had a completely different impression in the second interview compared to the third. Second online interview was fine. Third in-person interview was not a pleasant experience. Rude interviewer who seemed very disengaged and had very different expectations from what was advertised in the job description. In the in-person interview 3 new follow-up interviews had suddenly been added (nothing was mentioned about them before). No discussion of salary, seems they were keeping that for the very end. Interview process was not transparent or honest. They seemed to keep adding more and more interviews, changing the job requirements, and lengthening the process after each step. Seemed like a great opportunity at first but that clearly changed at the end.
