Terrible experience. Interview process took 4 months and they led me on up until the very end. Hr rep said all positive feedback and then went radio silent on me towards the end. I had to follow up for a response multiple times and they finally told me they went with someone else. I asked for feedback and rep didn’t even know. They finally get back with feedback saying final decision was based on who showed the most enthusiasm for the role. Candidates should not have to act like cheerleaders to express their interest in the role and company. After 4 interviews all with positive experiences it was apparent I had a lot of interest and heart for the role. It’s a shame the company chose enthusiasm over experience as their final decision. A miss on their part. I wouldn’t recommend this company after that experience. Very poor communication between the team members and hr rep. And very disrespectful of a candidates time.
