I applied online through the company website and received an invitation for a personal interview 4 months after. First I met the hiring manager and then I was invited to a second round to have interviews with HR and other 4 managers (separately). The interviews were held within 2 weeks. Overall people are really friendly and very precise in their questions. Most of the questions were behavioral based (tell me about a situation in which you had to lead a team, to convince someone, to sell an idea, to prove a point, to give feedback) or scenario based (how would you sell this technology, which will be your thinking process, your approach, how would you assign resources for x or y situation). HR asked the standard questions about my strengths and weaknesses, my abilities to work in a team and experience with communication challenges. I think the people are really friendly and nice overall and I recommend future candidates to be very precise and straight to the point in their answers.
