I applied through the company website. I received a phone interview about 2 weeks later from a recruiter working with Henkel. This was followed by phone interview with the hiring manager. I was invited onsite for the interview, where I had to do a presentation followed by the one-to-one interviews. I got the tour of the facility afterwards.
