Went through several levels interview with HR, GM, CFO and had to do the test. One-to-one interviews with the questions on my background, experience and some soft skills. Test was with the outsource company.
First round interview one on one, usual behavioural questions. Interview took about 30 minutes and the interviewer was friendly. The interview room did not have any water or any tissue paper.

first apply,after two months, received an on-line assessment , this assessment takes around one and a half hour,then a phone interview. The recruitment HR asked typical HR questions and when I ask her questions about this position, she seems not know it very well.
