Interview process took about 2 months and consisted about skype and face to face interviews. Started with HR, recruiting Manager and line VP. Process took 2 months. Overall questions were done in order to understand my background and my skills.

Only two levels conducted during the interview, one with HR and the other with the manager. The HR was very accommodating, it went really smooth / no issues. The manager asked about experiences and explain what the job entails.

Ich hatte zwei Gespräche (HR und Fachbereich) mit Henkel und beide Gespräche waren sehr angenehm und persönlich. Auf eine Rückmeldung musste man auch nicht lange warten. Zudem habe ich nach dem Ausscheiden auf Nachfrage ein Feedbackgespräch erhalten. Nur empfehlenswert!
