Had a phone call with the manager and was asked about my projects and work experience. Was then asked to come on site the following week.
The on site interview was pretty straightforward and I got to meet everyone I'd be working with.
Was offered the job after 2 weeks of the interview.

Entrevista
First, there is a phone interview with an HR person. Then, there's a virtual interview with Hiring Manager and Director of Engineering for the site. That's as far as I got, but I believe there is a panel interview after that.
The Hiring Manager was fine, but the Director was really rude. It felt like he made up in his mind that I was exaggerating my experience and started nitpicking every little detail. He was also pompous and went on and on about how he used work at [insert prestigious company] and conduct interviews there.

Very unprofessional process. Both interviews arrived late, asked very few questions and left because they had work to do. There experience in the company was less than a year for one of them and 3 years for the other.

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of a telephone interview with HR and then lead to a MS Teams interview with 2 Process Engineers. Overall very well done. I rejected the 2nd interview due to salary concerns.
