Started with a phone interview from a corporate contract recruiter. After a week, a face to face with recruiter and HR occurred. After which, a panel of managers would grill the interviewee. Note, due to EEO, they sometimes post even though an internal or contractor is pretty much guarantee job.

The process started with a phone interview/screening. Then there would have been a virtual interview and then an onsite interview. I only had the phone interview portion of this process. The interviewer was very kind.
First I applied through LinkedIn then after a week i got an email saying that they would like to set a Virtual interview. I agree on the time set and it was professional interview and great hr team really

Negative experience.
They were in a hurry because they had another interview after 30 minutes, did not have time to discuss about the position or other details. The HR person just wanted to fill their questinare form.
2 rounds of 30 min. interviews.
