1 on 1 experience talking to the managers. Get a tour of the place. Meet some of the main people in the head of those departments such as Detail, Body Shop, Service, and Sales area. Pretty much the same anywhere you would go to get a car sales job. Didn't take too long, but then again i came with experience.
