easy becuase client need sheeps to slaughter , to close 3000 sla from past 3 months. when few new team members joined in, senior already were ready and waiting for contract end date, at my place we were 2 new and team leader asked to close 3000 sla first rather then closing down new one. had no choice , but team leader are all 3rd class indi. no respect what so ever just count on SLA closure list.
