I applied to A bunch of positions online and it looked like the most promising so the recruiting Manager Corey Reached out to me and was very Friendly and asked me a lot about my positions i have done in the past and Told me about the company and the culture and benefits . So I had to do a sales test before i could come in . So i Knocked that out then went it and met with Diego .We had an interview he asked some standard questions and a couple curve balls. After that went well he invited me back for a second round to meet the sales manager . He Offered me and i took the position .

Easy Interview process. They just want to make sure you have previous sales experience but are willing to train. The training process is 4 weeks, 2 weeks getting to know the product , 2 weeks on the phones practicing/learning the script

Entrevista
Simple. Received a call, came in and took a personality and competency test. Spoke to the recruiter, spoke to a manager and then signed up for a drug test and came in for training the next monday. Questions were normal, "where do you see yourself in 5 years, 10 years etc." Everyone seemed nice and interested to see if I was going to be a good agressive salesperson.
