After uploading my CV through their career website, it took at least +1 month to get an email from HR. Got an interview with HR, and a week after with the hiring manager. I didn't make it further but otherwise, the process continues with a case study plus 3 more interviews.

An initial call with recruiter, followed up by the person that I would report to. The first call was about previous experience as the second one was role oriented such as focussing on responsibilities and opportunities.

1st call with talent acquisition. While they mentioned it wasn’t an interview they had a list of questions that they had to go through. While I responded in some of them, I was asked again the same question in order to tick the box. It was a really bad experience. While in the beginning it was mentioned that this role is senior manager, before the closure of the call instantly the role became manager again. Talent acquisition had no clue whether this role was new or not. They didn’t even know the expectations from the hiring manager. I would never recommend. Waste of time.
