I initially met with the General Manager who discussed my work history and the Agencies expectation of the role, this was quite normal and straight forward. I then met with the Managing Director who got quite technical and asked me some difficult questions. He was particularly interested in how I would manage relationships, manage the internal team including the creatives they had there to ensure the agency delivers high quality work. They were quite direct in what they were seeking.
