I’m disappointed with my experience at Healthfirst. I had an interview with the hiring manager that went very well, and I was looking forward to the next steps. After two weeks of waiting, I sent a follow-up regarding the process but never received a response from HR. Leaving applicants in the dark like this feels unprofessional, and it raises questions about the approach Healthfirst uses for managing candidates and filling positions. It’s now been over a month, and I’ve received no updates—neither an email nor any changes on the candidate portal.

Recruiter called me while I was in a meeting for my current job. She left a voicemail saying she wanted to discuss my resume and to call her back. It was late afternoon and I didn't have a chance to call her the same day. I received an email the following morning asking for my availability to chat. I provided it and didn't hear back. Instead, I received a rejection email the following week.
