There were a series of three tasks, first to edit a powerpoint slide for errors in 1 hour, then a three day task to design 10 slides summarizing a clinical trial paper, and finally a 45 minute task to read a clinical paper and write an abstract. After this, you get to have proper interviews with people at the company. The interview process was smooth and HR was responsive, until after my final interviews - I have not heard from them since despite reaching out for an update. Given the amount of time and effort required for this interview process, it would have been nice to at least receive a notice of rejection. Silence demonstrates an utter lack of respect for interviewing candidates.

Recruiter was professional and communicative throughout my application process. The human engagement was honestly refreshing in the midst of very automated processes for hiring. I’d be receptive to applying again in the future once I get some more experience in the field.
