I had to fill out an application and hand it in then I met with the "recruiter" and Thao aka Winnie.. I answered basice questions about what customer service meant to me and what I'm most passionate about and I also read a script out loud. Thao kept saying "IF" you get the job.. I was told "IF" I got the job I would hear back in 1 week. They called in exactly 1 week

Not a stressful interview. Ask you about why you are interested in sales. They ask about your past experience and get to know you. They also have you read the script to see how well you do with it. You first meet with a recruiter and then sometimes with a manager afterwards
