The process began with an initial phone screening with the HR department. During this call, I was asked some basic questions about my background, experience, and interest in the company. Following this, I was scheduled for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. On the day of the interview, I arrived at the company's office and was greeted by the HR representative. They provided me with an overview of the company and the position I was interviewing for. Then, I was escorted to a conference room where the hiring manager was waiting for me. The interview started with some general questions about my experience and education. Then, the hiring manager asked me to describe some of my past projects and how they relate to the position I was interviewing for. They were interested in my problem-solving skills, my ability to work in a team, and my communication skills. After this initial interview, I was invited to meet with the team I would be working with if I were to be offered the position. I was introduced to each team member and given a chance to ask them questions about their roles and responsibilities. This gave me a better understanding of how my role would fit into the team dynamic. Following this, I was given a brief tour of the company's facilities and shown the work environment. I was able to see the company's culture in action and get a sense of what it would be like to work there. Overall, the interview process at Health Biotech was thorough but also welcoming. The interviewers were knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt that they were genuinely interested in finding the right candidate for the position.
