The interview process was by phone and a second interview over the internet. I was contacted 1 day before the job was set to happen and not sent any documentation that I was officially workingfor this company until the job was almost finished.

Entrevista
The interview process was very easy and straight forward. Dionte emailed me to schedule a phone interview and included lots of useful information about the position. Unfortunately, the job description did not mention that the position required me to walk up to strangers houses and convince them to participate in a study. This felt unsafe and bound to be unsuccessful, given how few contacted people actually participate in research studies. For these reasons I declined the job offer. Overall I enjoyed the honest interview and can’t hold the study requirements against the hiring company.

Entrevista
Two (?) screening phone calls where I highlighted my past people/customer-facing roles and involvement with the community targeted by the survey. Then a video interview with the Field Supervisor. Pretty generic questions and no need to demonstrate any particular mid or high level skills.
