Had to complete a phone interview and then 2 on site interviews. The first on site interview was with the HR team they asked questions from an interview document they created. Most of the questions were about work background and how I interacted with fellow co-workers. The second interview was with management team and the too used an interview form. There questions were focused on co-worker interaction and my supervisory background and my management style.
