After HR screening there are three parts. All over zoom, 1st two are one hour with an engagement manager. Half Hour dedicated to case interviews that were rather easy and the second half hour was dedicated to behavioral questions. In both my case interviews, the cases were surrounding car battery recycling.

Case question was similar to "Battery Recycling company is determining whether to focus on recycling batteries from three industries: Auto EVs, Hard Drives, MRI machines. Which batteries industry should they focus their recycling efforts on? (Mostly verbal with some graphs)
Second Case question also regarding battery recycling. Much more vague question the next time. "This battery recycling company has seen margins go down, why?" Many graphs and data to help you.
