The interview process began with a phone screening, 2 in person interviews, two writing test and a reference check. I had my first in person interview scheduled 3 weeks after the phone screening was conducted. The first interview was with a panel of 3 people. I went in for the second interview about 3 weeks after the first one and interviewed with the HR Manager, I also had a group interview with 9 other people, as well as a writing test that consisted of 2 writing samples. After a couple weeks I was asked for my references and after about a week from then I as contacted and informed HR decided not to move forward with my candidacy.
