Applied online, received a phone interview a week later, set up an in-person interview about a week after that. Thought the one on one interview went really well. Had a terrific conversation with the employee (who seemed to be new, didn't have an answer for most of my questions). Asked me about different facets of the role, and I felt confident with all the tasks. I did ask about the negative reviews, both here and on other sites, but was assured it was a limited case and wasn't a good representation of who they were. Yet, after the interview they never got back to me. No response what so ever. I wrote a few emails, that week, and even a month later. I agree with one of the other reviews, at that point, I would've completely understood not getting the job, it just would've been nice to hear a definitive decision from them, and not getting any acknowledgement just seemed rude. After really enjoying my previous interactions with them (seemed like genuinely nice people I would've liked to work with), it was disappointing to end it this way.
