The interview process was one on one, but was provided several possible scenarios and only confirmed a few days before my interview. Upon completing my "final" interview I was asked to come back for more. Each executive and VP I met with proudly shared the company core values. None more than the VP of HR who was the only no vote to hiring me based on a character opinion. Company core value #1 which the VP asked me to read....come exactly as you are, we wouldn't have it any other way ( please check their website and verify). Sorry Harmar, have to call BS on your belief in your core values.
