Applied online, received an invite to interview a week or so later. Had multiple interviews scheduled, completed two of them. Interviews went pretty well I thought. Before the next one took place, had a call from a recruiter saying that they were proceeding with other candidates and I was not selected to proceed. It's best to schedule one interview at a time, it's tacky to cancel an already existing interview that is to take place within a short period of time - if a candidate does this, same thing, it's unprofessional. Emergencies happen, but this wasn't the case. Employers should do better and be better - the market will change when jobs are in abundance and applicants have the advantage and can pick and choose where they interview and work.
