1 Phone interview and 2 grueling 3 hour in-person sessions, spanning two different days, where you are grilled by 4 different employees each session. The first interview, they didn't provide lunch so I was famished by the time it was over. Be prepared and bring a energy bar or something. You get to walk around the company to witness employees stuffed-into "open work" areas with absolutely no privacy strangely with much fanfare, where everyone has no choice to be in everyone elses business. I guess they save money on office space, but hearding people into these prisons must cut down on productivity. After all that, in the end, they didn't even bother to call me back to tell me if I got the job or not. Very unprofessional given the amount of time I gave them.

I just have a phone call with HR and the connection is so bad. I couldn't hear her so clearly. She aked me several questions she prepared. She seems lack of experience.
