Phone interview was OK, all the rounds / interviewers were good except the Director guy, who showed up 25 minutes after the scheduled time with some lame excuse and he is outright rigid and kept asking the same question of why LendingClub; your recruiter has contacted me on LinkedIn, I didn’t apply for it.
LendingClub is Java heavy and they don’t care about your problem solving skills if you don’t know the frameworks they use.

15 minute phone call with senior recruiter, a 30 minute zoom interview with senior data eng manager, and a 1 hour on-site interview (15 mins with recruiter, 30 mins with principal software eng, and 30 mins with senior data eng manager).

Standard Interview Process. First with the Recruiter with phone call. Follows with Tech Screen with manager, then Onsite round with different members and interviewers who are part of hiring panel. Pretty standard questions with mixed of behavior and tech screen questions.
