Pretty annoying! After a phone interview, a couple of weeks went by and I was invited in for an interview. I met with the HR admin assistant then the president of the company. I was invited back for a second interview pretty quickly, which I went to and met again with the president of the company and also the creative director. I didn't hear anything for two months, positive or negative, I was just left hanging. Then they called me back in for yet another interview! There I met with the president of the company, who said the reason it took so long to get back to me was they were focusing on hiring back the HR director. Then I met with the creative director who was honest with me and said they had hired someone else who didn't work out. I did end up accepting the job in the end.
