Found ad via recruitment agency, telephone interview followed by face to face interview. spoke to team leader of apps team and engineering support team followed by a current apps specialist to further gauge my experience and suitability. After a 3 hour inteview I left with a great impression of the company and the team and a feeing of really wanting to work for the company. The fact that I was not successful did not diminish this impression.
