Entrevista
I applied using their online application and received a call in approximately a week and a few days. The interview was very behavioral focused and to gauge if you could be a great fit for the team.
Second interview was with someone in a higher position (senior associate). This was also behavioral orientated and to see how much you knew about the position, as well as, if you were excited about the position.
Throughout the whole process, think “airplane test”. What’s going through the interviewers’ heads are, “would I enjoy a conversation on a flight with this person”.

Met with a chief of staff member. She started asking "Tell me about a time" questions within the first 90 seconds. She never asked me to tell her about myself, to walk her through my resume, or why I even applied. It was just a lot of situational questions that I thought I did well on. The vibe was off the entire time.

The interview consisted of 3 interviews formatted as behavioral questions. The first two were about 30 minutes long. Last interview lasted upwards of an hour with 3 different interviewers and a simple excel case study.

The process was very relaxed and all over Zoom. I wasn't asked a single technical question the entire time. Occasionally you'd get: thoughts on X or how your experience relates to Y, but nothing technical. Final round is a super day where you meet a few big names in the company and complete a short case. The case mostly involves finding errors in an excel sheet. They interview on fit and that's about it. People were incredibly nice and seemed fairly intelligent with a big push towards diversity.
