First thing to say about is.. they make you wait for hours.. then for days.. then for weeks... They say you are perfect for us.. you are almost in.. then they will say client rounds.. make you wait.. again wait.. finally conduct client round (US Skype call) and again wait... Finally no response... They conduct.. first round as test.. next one on one technical interview.. they make you go through managerial round.. then they made me discuss with MD of the company.. then HR discussed about salary expectations... Then client round... Whole process is of waste of time.. If they are particular about client opinion, then they should schedule client calls in the beginning itself or atleast in the middle of the process. Finally.. this is purely a waste of time for all the candidates who attend the process wasting their times.. and they play with the hopes of candidates.
