I did an on line application, followed by a phone interview with Simon D'Souza, a background check, an offer letter and 2 weeks training at 2 different centres, Ottawa and Toronto both for 5 days. I was very impressed with the training, everyone was so friendly, helpful and accommodating through the entire process.
