The entire hiring process was done remote. There was no possibility to be invited in their local facility to come and see their reality and production. Hr was keeping asking many questions about my current salary, trying to find out my exact salary. The reason is that they calibrate their offer on your current salary, not salary expectation, and neither based on job difficulty. The result is that their offer was a poor upgrade respect to my current one and not justified any job change. I received many bad opinions about the company and management from people who are working there. Moving production to Romania and Turkey!!!
