They will make the selection in three stages: 1. A data analysis task to be completed with a report 2. A phone/skype interview 3. A personal interview Caution: They will provide you with two CSV file format datasets on Github to be analyzed using Python or R and to submit a report on your analysis with the code file. They will provide you with a deadline. However, in my case, I submitted the report alongside the code file within the deadline. But to my surprise, they wrote to me that they had closed the position and they won't be considering me for the position anymore. If you are filling the position even before the report submission deadline then my question is why put other candidates through analyzing and creating reports. I would like to remind you, that the datasets were moderately large and a few codes took hours to complete. All in all, all the efforts I made were for nothing. I would recommend you ask them before starting to work on the assignment if the position is still open!!! If not then you are going to submit the report and code file at your own risk.
