Ask a series of question, mostly about yourself and what skills you have. Very friendly interview and ask how you handle situations when approached. Overall the interview is like having a conversation and they are very friendly.

It was a lengthy process. I started interviewing mid October, and I didn't find out that I was hired until December 19th. There was a long pause where there were no replies coming from the recruiting team to do another video interview after there were some issues with the first one. Overall, the interview process could definitely be streamlined and improved, but the questions asked in the the interviews were quite straight forward. There were lots of scenario questions. Hoping that for new candidates the hiring process would be easier.
