The interview process was very smooth. I knew what the next steps and expectations were for each interview and turn around time. The individuals conducting the interviews were very friendly and easy to talk to. I'm very happy to be on their team!

Interviewing can obviously vary from region to region, but expect 2-3 total interviews with managers, analysts, and practice leaders. The entire process was timely and communication with the recruiter was consistent and respectful. Questions were aimed towards the role itself and expectations from both the company and the interviewer. Nothing too technical, however there were definitely some good questions involving previous work experience, process analysis, and problem solving issues specific to the industry. Overall, the interview process from start-to-hire felt respectable, efficient, and cordial.
