I had two interviews, one telephone and one in person. Questions were typical. However, I was turned off by the declaration from the managing partner that he was a clock watcher with regard to staff and that he assumed employees would be willing to put work before family. In the end I was told I was over-qualified and the office was looking to hire someone who had only been with an employer for many, many years.

Initially I interviewed with the talent acquisition, then with the practice leader, hiring manager and consultant. After the initial interview, I met with all of them and another client manager. All who were very professional and very nice.
