HR will give you a phone call. During the phone call, he will briefly introduce the HUB and the job content. Then he will ask some general questions include why you want to join HUB? prefer sales or customer service broker positions? The whole phone interview process is very polite and friendly. After that, candidates will receive an online assessment.

Organized, structured, and concise. I had been reached out via linked in by the HR recruiter, which then led to a phone conversation with the hiring recruiter. Once cleared I had the pleasure to speak to the hiring manager for the sales side for personal lines. This smooth process lasted just about 3 weeks and within one month was my start date as I had already obtained RIBO.
