I had a competency based phone interview. You had to give examples for each competency, eg, an example of customer drive, from your own experiences. The interview made several follow up questions for each example so be prepared to answer 4-5 further questions for each competency you discuss. She was friendly and encouraging. The whole thing took about 45 mins.

Entrevista
Online application, online tests, telephone interview, face to face interview. The telephone interview split to three sections: your motivation, competence based questions and your personal details. I didn't prepare well for the motivation questions, they gave me feedback after 3 days. The process was quick.
