Very easy first they took hr round then technical in which they ask basic questions on stock market like what is derivative? What is current scenario of market? All in all it was nice and very easy.

the interviewer of HDFC SECURITIES VARANASI BRANCH has no knowledge of the Securities market and he is only asking rubbish question about how the stock market run tell me where do you see the economy who has given you reference for here opening and many more rubbish questionnaires as an interviewer they have to ask a relevant question regarding the job profile of equity dealer but he doesn't want to give job because I have no reference hence they ignored me and sum up the whole interview by saying you don't have relevant exp but I have relevant experience in this industry and Both NISM 8 and VA cleared with 1 yr of sub broking experience and terminal handling

Be prepared to wait for at least for and hour or half before it starts. Quite unprofessional and cold approach. Top management should look into its hiring process
