Entrevista
The interview consisted of a sit down with the project manager, and he asked me a series of questions gauging my experience. It was a very simple interview and I was able to pass his series of questions admirably. There is not much else to say about the process, it was a very quick interview as they wanted to get people into the positions as soon as they could, as the Cary, NC HCL headquarters was just finished with the construction and they wanted to start being profitable as soon as they could.

They asked me how much experience I had in the IT industry, my experience with working with foreign nationals, and my commitment to my work.
Interview was with a team lead. Bery smooth and easy hiring process. Just left after a year cos no salary increment. It became my stepping stone to pursue higher roles externally
First round will be assessment round which you should pass and later HR will schedule your next round with offshore manager, once you pass the next round and you will be schedule for next round with onshore manager
Interview process was smooth. Had an aptitude test, once cleared there was a technical coding interview. That's it my offer was confirmed after clearing both the interviews. Aptitude was conducted at the HCL campus and coding interview was online. Immediately they sent an offer letter after clearing the technical round.
