Technical Round: This initial stage focuses on evaluating the candidate's technical expertise. Interviewers may pose questions related to manual testing concepts, black-box testing, and details about previous projects. For instance, candidates might be asked to explain manual testing methodologies or discuss their experience with specific testing tools.
Managerial Round: In this phase, the focus shifts to assessing the candidate's problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and overall fit within the team. Discussions may revolve around past experiences, handling challenging situations, and understanding the candidate's approach to teamwork and communication.
Client Round: If the role involves direct client interaction, this round evaluates the candidate's communication skills and ability to meet client expectations. Candidates may be asked about their experience in client-facing roles and how they handle client requirements and feedback.
