Entrevista
1. Telephonic round
2. face to face Round (Have to be in HCL office)
3 HR discussion ( basically salary discussion)
4. Background verification (once cleared all round then will be asked to upload all document including BGV form etc.)
5.document upload
Easy questions and answers and there are two interview rounds.
1st round is easy and 2nd is deep technical and no need to panic.
Ask for atleast 40% of salary hike
I had 3 rounds of interview which took me nearly 2 hours. The interview was difficult. There was a HR round, technical round and interview with VP. However, I managed to Crack it.
First round profile screening
2nd round will be technical round which will be taken by technical manager and technical lead of the project.
3rd round will be project manager and Hr round.
