I felt they are unprofessional , rude and unpleasant. During the pandemic, the posting stated the virtual interview will be conducted. However, they insisted me to coming to interview in person. There was no social distance during the interview for which was held in a a poor ventilated small meeting room with 3 interviewers . The interviewers asked many personal questions which were unrelated to the job role. They also put down my volunteer work and sarcastically commented about the disabled children. I could not believe this organization has a vision to work for the community with such insensitive and unloving attitudes.
