Met with the HR manager and controller to discuss the job requirements, my past experiences, and how the company started as well as their values. They informed me that I might help other departments with some of their work load if I ever had some down time. They made sure I knew how to handle upset/angry phone calls. They wanted to get to know me as a person so they could make sure they had the best fit for the position.
