First interviewed by HR representative and another employee, then second round is 4 employees and HR representative. Questions are repeated. HR representative told me I would hear back about a decision by the end of the week or early the next week. I never received any answer on the status which is disappointing because this company seemed to be very professional. I even sent a follow-up e-mail and did not receive a reply.

It begins with a preliminary phone interview. I was told if you pass, you meet with 2-3 (senior?) underwriters on the next interview, followed by 2-3 managers, followed by Mr. Kaufman himself.
