One-on-One interview with department manager. He explained the position title, responsibilities, shifts, salary, etc as if I already had the job. Then proceeded to ask a few standard interview questions. At the end I was told I would receive a call after my background check was complete to come in for my computer based training.
Entire interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Describe a time when you felt frustrated as a customer.
the overall experience was great. First we did a group exercise, then from there if selected I had a one on one interview. From here I got offered the job.
Very straightforward, asked about prior experiences with difficult situations, and how you dealt with them. The interviewer was very relaxed and acted very casual about the whole thing. I ended up getting the job right there.

Very straight forward interview to the point. Ask some genuine questions about yourself. Just be genuine because if you made it to an in persons interview you’re close to the finish line. Most don’t even get a call back.
